By using our website or submitting your information to request resources or book a call, you agree to these Terms.

We provide digital resources such as the AI Playbook and consultations. Resources are provided “as is” without warranties.

3. Booking and reminders

When you book a call, you authorize us to send transactional communications about that appointment, including confirmations and SMS/WhatsApp reminders containing date, time, meeting links, and preparation materials.

4. SMS consent and opt-out

If you tick the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive SMS from Sharpen-AI related to your request or appointment.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://sharpenai.co/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers is allowed only to deliver our services.

6. User responsibilities

Provide accurate information. Do not misuse our services or violate laws when using our site or communications.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpen-AI, SIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, resources, or communications.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU law. Courts of Latvia will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
